Key Stage 2 consists of the Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 classes.
Year 3 7-8 year olds
Year 4 8-9 year olds
Year 5 9-10 year olds
Year 6 10-11 year olds
In Key Stage 2, pupils follow the National Curriculum. The National Curriculum in England Framework Document can be found here.
At Key Stage 2 children study the following subjects:
- Art and Design
- Design and Technology
- Foreign Language
- Physical Education
- Religious Education
- Personal, Social and Health Education
In Key Stage 2, learning is organised into half termly topics. Any aspects of subject schemes of work that are not taught through topics are taught as discreet subject lessons. Please follow the Curriculum Organisation link for further information about the organisation of our curriculum.
