Year 5 have been reading some of the exciting adventure myths of Erik the Viking in their English lessons. The children rewrote one of these adventures, describing Erik and his intrepid warriors’ crossing of the wild North Sea in treacherous conditions. As you can see from the children’s watercolour paintings, it was not easy…but that would not have stopped the Vikings!
