Year 6 enjoyed participating in an interactive evolution workshop at the Natural History Museum. The children looked for evidence of change in fossils and handled specimens to explore why change occurs in living things over time. They pretended to be different types of birds in a game which helped them to understand the difference between inheritance and adaptation.
