Our Year 6 classes participated in Transport for London’s Junior Citizenship Scheme. The children discussed issues around independence and personal safety, including how to be safe on public transport and while walking on busy roads. Important points were made about avoiding gangs and removing themselves from friends who cause trouble in public. Year 6 were very attentive and made some excellent observations and comments.
