Today’s class assembly was a very regal occasion as the talented 1 Elm presented a performance based on their ‘Kings and Queens’ topic. The children told us the stories of King Henry VIII of England and his six wives, Cleopatra VII of ancient Egypt and the present day monarchy of the United Kingdom. The children were able to remember an impressive number of dates and facts off-by-heart and entertained the audience with their brilliant acting and singing. Well done 1 Elm!
