Year 4, 5 and 6 had a great day out at The Hall School’s sports ground for our 2018 Sports Day. The children competed in vortex throw (mini javelin), long jump and triple jump for the field events. On the track they participated in sprints (60m for Year 4, 80m for Year 5 and 6) and a 400m middle distance race. There was also tug-of-war competition! There was an impressive display of skill, stamina, determination and sportsmanship from the children and a fun day was had by all. Well done to all involved and congratulations to Bayham Team who were this year’s winners! Many thanks to The Hall School for the use of their sports field, for organising the coaches and for a delicious lunch.
