Year 3 visited the British Museum in support of their topic learning on the ancient Egyptians. The children listened to a talk by an expert on mummies, who shared many interesting facts about the mummification process and taught everyone what mummies and raisins have in common! They then visited the Egyptian galleries where they saw all sorts of different Egyptian mummies and artefacts. The children really enjoyed their visit and were very excited to see the mummies we have been learning about in class!
