Richard Cobden had lots of fun celebrating World Book Day! Each class dressed up as characters from their current class book. There were Fantastic Mr Foxes in Year 6, Medusas in Year 4 and Reception was full of little pigs and big bad wolves!
The children swapped with their buddy class to share books and participate in art activities linked to their class story. The older children did a wonderful job of helping the younger children.
Nursery and Reception children invited their parents and guardians into school to read with them. There was a great turnout and it was lovely to see the children and adults enjoying books together.
