Year 3 have been enjoying their new topic, ‘It’s a Wonderful World!’. They have been exploring the design and meaning of different national flags and they have been designing their own flags! The children have also started to work on group projects about the different continents, using maps to find out which countries are in each continent and asking questions such as ‘What languages are spoken in Africa?’ and ‘Why is there so much ice in Antarctica?’. They are excited to find out the answers to these questions as they continue their research!
