Year 3 visit the Natural History Museum

Year 3 enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Natural History Museum today. The children were fascinated by the skeleton in the entrance hall and the many animal species on display in the life galleries. As part of their volcano topic work, the children explored exhibits explaining about Earth’s layers and how volcanoes are formed. They were also very interested to find out more about earthquakes.
