This term, Year 4 have been learning about all the different jobs that are now performed by robots. They made the link between their coding lessons and thought about the amount of accurate software engineering it would take for a robot to make a car, or vacuum our homes.
The children planned their robots, sketching front, back and side views to help realise their visions. They are currently building their robots using recycled household waste items such as cardboard boxes, yoghurt cartons and crisp tubes.
