Should the Benin bronzes be returned to Nigeria? Year 5 are developing the skills they need to write a letter to the Chairman of the British Museum. They are using reasoning, speaking and listening skills to decide whether the bronzes should be kept in the British Museum or returned. The children wrote a short piece to explain their initial thoughts and arguments. Look out for the fully edited and published letters later this term.
