Year 6 enjoyed an art workshop delivered by a specialist art teacher from The Hall School. Inspired by artist Mbogeni Buthelezi, the children found creative ways to reuse plastic bags, helping to look after the planet while creating artwork for the school! They created an underwater-themed display to highlight the growing problem of plastic destroying our oceans. They made wire models of fish, jellyfish and octopus and then weaved plastic bags through them to create beautiful structures.
